conscious intervention is a social experiment and collective performance art piece that invites you to help shape it. 100 strangers, all walks of life.

In a society where we hide behind metaphorical masks every day, this intervention seeks participants willing to temporarily drop those masks and reveal what is usually kept inside. In a world where honesty feels risky, we too often stay silent out of fear of judgment, cancellation, or being misunderstood.

what happens after you sign up?

• we meet in a public space of your choice, we walk together, and have an audio-recorded conversation about love, truth, fear, growth, and who we are when we stop performing.
• the encounter is voluntary and anonymous. you can stop at any point. the collection of conversations may be developed as a body of work proposed to museums and galleries worldwide.
• my intention is to understand who you are, where you come from, what has shaped your beliefs and how they have evolved over time.
• The conversation is unstructured, guided by my curiosity, and shaped by the level of trust that naturally unfolds. we can stop at any time.

Art has always existed as a way to make meaning of our lives, to document our time, and to create rituals that help us understand who we are. It gives form to what is difficult to make sense of or vocalize.

Conscious Intervention lives inside that tradition. it is a collective performance art piece built through encounters with strangers across difference. Each conversation becomes part of a larger body of work that seeks to piece together a clearer picture of our world.

This work rejects the idea that one perspective can hold the entirety of the human experience. Instead, it is built from many voices. Every participant shapes the piece in real time, not as a subject or an observer, but as a co-creator whose story carries equal weight in the whole.

The art emerges through participation. The encounter itself is the performance. By sharing honestly, you help bring the work into existence. without you, it doesn’t exist.

it is a practice in humanizing the other: an invitation to speak from behind the safety of anonymity, to step outside expectations, and to allow others to witness the shared humanity that persists beneath identity, ideology, and difference.
